I am deeply saddened to learn about Deborah's passing. I had the privilege of working with Deborah for many years, through various public health organisations and on many topics including emergency responses. Deborah was a great champion of public health, committed and extremely hard working, who was driven by a passion to protect the health of everyone but especially the most vulnerable. She inspired people around her and was a great team mate and leader. I will deeply miss her passion and compassion and her quite humour. She will leave a real and lasting legacy.
