During my very first week at the LCRC, Wellington House i sat nearly opposite you not realising I was actually sitting near my 'boss'. You were so unassuming, very personable and sooo accesible and took time to smile and exchange reassuring winks. This was very reassuring and even when I discovered who you were it didn't change things much. I was always comfortable and reassured sitting in the same area during those early days. Then I met your son, Frank, a member of the Admin team. Same openness, caring nature which I came to appreciate in mum for the short time we met. You have left such a wonderful positive impression in me. I recall you were once coughing and I asked if you were alright. The nurse in me was enquiring. You smiled back reassuringly. Thank you for your courage and being willing to be vulnerable and impacting all of us in many ways. Frank, your dad, your siblings, your grandmother and all of your family, our thoughts and prayers are with at this sad period of your lives. Thank you for being willing to share your mum with all of us. God bless.
