I was deeply saddened to hear of Deborah's passing, having worked in health protection in London for many years, Deborah was always such a positive role model and someone to aspire to be like. Although, 'the boss' she was always friendly and approachable to all no matter your role. She took time to speak to you and learn about you as a person despite her busy role. I remember in the early days of LCRC, we would always get into the office early and sit next to each other as we liked the desks that faced the wall!
