It has been amazing to know Deborah, since she has recruited me in 2008. It has been wonderful to have Deborah's guidance and leadership as our team lead in NECL HPT and leadership across London. I will very much miss her calm presence, enormous wealth of knowledge, guidance (personal and professional), sharing funny and fascinating highlights from incidents and family stories. My thoughts are with the family at this incredibly hard times.
