Deborah was a wonderful colleague to work with. In recent years I haven't worked so closely with her but when I worked in the London region Deborah was a really patient, generous and dependable colleague and always ready to explain things to us in the comms team and give us her time. She was always interested in asking about my kids and we'd often have chats about her children and what they were all doing too. I once brought my new baby into work to meet everyone and I couldn't get her to stop crying but Deborah calmly took her from me and rocked her and in minutes she was calm and happy again!
