My heart goes out to Deborah's family. Every encounter with Deborah, however infrequent it may have been over the past 20 years was a pleasure. Always professional, calm, knowledgeable, approachable and supportive. I shall never forget and will forever be grateful for Deborah's empathy, calming presence and collegiality during the aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy. Thank you Deborah. Rest in peace.
